Electrical Characteristics

  • True RMS circuit breakers provide immunity to harmonics and non-linear waveform voltages while allowing accurate trip performance at 400 Hz
  • All copper buswork
  • Auxiliary sections may be equipped with Line Drop Compensators
  • High reliability monitoring of voltage and current for each load as required
  • High intensity LED status indicators provided on door exterior of each auxiliary
  • Each aircraft load circuit is completely independent from any other aircraft load circuit, absolutely no shared components
  • All wiring necessary to interconnect the auxiliary section(s) to the distribution panelboard is factory-provided and terminated at the auxiliary section end. No internal interconnect wiring at the jobsite
  • Capability to monitor load point (remote) voltage available as option
  • Shipped modular
  • Simple to install, test and maintain
  • Available for 200Y/115 volt or 575 volt systems, any capacity

This standard construction, unlike any competitor, offers a robust combination of NEMA-3R and NEMA-12 resistance to the environment.

Construction

  • Lockable, gasketed, double doors with three point latches
  • Gasketed, removable panels
  • Powder-coated interior and exterior surfaces for superior corrosion resistance
  • Fourteen (14) inch wide, full-height wiring section adjacent to breaker stack
  • Hinged wired gutters on both left and right sides of circuit breaker stack
  • Fabricated from 12 gauge (0.105") and 7 gauge (0.18") steel, superior to construction offered by any circuit breaker manufacturer
  • Offered with auxiliary section to house ancillary equipment
  • Offered in several physical configurations to suit installation space
  • Easier to install than any competitor's equipment
  • Suitable for installation either outdoors or indoors, even in areas subject to water or foam deluge fire protection
