J&B Aviation Services' Field Installable Connectors are designed to be used with a variety of aircraft cables and conductor sizes. All Field Installable Connectors use our patented Replacement Contact Section (nose), making any subsequent repair easy.
These connectors are water tight. They do not rely on any type of potting material for sealing. Each connector is specifically designed so that mechanical strain on the cable is not transferred to the electrical termination. All Installable Connectors are sold in kit form with all necessary components required for installation. Standard tools, a hydraulic crimper and dies are required for installation. Component parts are available on an individual basis
